  • My thesis investigates a passenger ship concept in which the hotel area is assembled from functionally complete and self-supporting macro-modules. The macro-modules include several cabins, which are pre-fabricated in factory conditions and installed on the ship in the final phase of the ship manufacturing process. The thesis improves and elaborates on this concept by developing a synthesis model that evaluates technical and economic properties and compares them with a conventional design.
