  • In conjunction with the research study conducted by Deloitte and MIT Sloan Management Review on Social Business, Deloitte engaged me to write a Master’s Thesis.

    The study investigated how companies adopt Social Business i.e. the path companies take to adopt Social Business and the organizational factors influencing adoption.

    Two different adoption paths were found; linear and non-linear. The study suggested that differences in objectives for adopting Social Business and organizational characteristics explain differences in adoption paths.
