  • My thesis explores conflict-related dialogue as a source for organizational learning. As an example case, Talvivaara Mining Company’s dialogue processes are evaluated through interviews with Talvivaara managers and local people. What happens when companies aim to connect with their stakeholders through interactive methods? Can interaction lead to mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and its stakeholders, or is dialogue just another PR tool?
