Not so long ago, cellphones were used to make calls only, but now, hundreds of thousands of services and applications are available for smartphones. People communicate, find places and events, play, and organize their day with them. The vast amount of possibilities can be confusing.
This project-based thesis, developed with Nokia, aims to envision a new service for customizing the mobile phone content. In this way, customers can acquire the most suitable device according to their need and expectations.
This book explores new ways of collaboration to enrich customization offerings, while responding to this question ; what makes people engage in selecting, modifying or creating products?
