The starting point of my thesis work was to familiarize myself with teaching photography. By analytically reflecting on my experience and identity as a photographer, I'm mapping the way of becoming a professional and using it as a basis for teaching. In my research, I document three photography courses I have been teaching. I discuss their planning and execution as well as my perspectives on photography that they helped me discover. My analysis reveals the decisions made in the process, together with their meaning and background.
