The topic of my study is implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system in a company called Scandinavian Marketing Gainer Ltd. It is a Finnish family-owned company, founded in 1984 under the name Scandinavian Telemarketing Ltd. Close cooperation with its customers has created a comprehensive global vision and expertise in both sales volume and marketing challenges facing the different sectors and target groups. My work for the MoA exhibition consists of 1 –2 about 30 seconds video presentations. The first depicts results of the study and the other is an expert interview about the subject. The videos presented will be reflecting the core of the study.
