ÖÖ: Was it a Dream?
Öö means night in Estonian. And night is the time when dreams become reality. The long and dark nights of the Nordic region nurture creativity and the development of innovative solutions.
ÖÖ is exploring the meaning of this experience, the root of authentic luxury, hi-tech solutions and sustainable thinking. ÖÖ is a network that wants to offer young artists the opportunity to discuss and learn more about entrepreneurship in the creative sectors and enhance cross-border collaboration.
Chalo India: Culture of opportunities
Project Chalo India was established with a vision to enable collaboration and to play a valuable role in the Indian story of global growth. In the event entrepreneur, designer, and marketing strategist Neishaa Gharat presents Chalo India as one model of how to share knowledge and work in collaboration within the creative sectors. Something that could be used also in the Nordic countries?
The Nordic Masters exhibition in Kaisaniemi 11.5.–1.6. gathers twelve newly graduated artists from the fields of design and craftsmanship to Helsinki in May. The exhibition features ceramics, glass, textiles, fashion, and jewellery. Besides presenting an exhibition the aim is to create networks and discussions between these Nordic designers and artists.
